What would a vacation be without great food. We take care to ensure our food is a memorable part of your vacation. From our trees to your tables, from our organic vegetable and fruit gardens, we create mouth watering home cooked Vietnamese delights and fusion cuisine. Vegetarians and those with special food needs are lovingly accommodated.
Every day at 10:00am we start our cooking class with a tour to the local Sapa market. The market is very colourful with many wonderful organic fruits and vegetables to select from.
Our organic vegetable garden is an important feature to Sapa Rooms and Hmong Mountain Retreat. Not only does it provide vegetables and fruits for our cuisine, it also provides an important link between what shows up on our plates and knowing how it got there.
